Areas of Practice
Bubba Cromer has been practicing law for over 25 years. Admitted to practice in South Carolina, California and the District of Columbia, Bubba has taken and passed the hardest Bar Exams in the country! He has prosecuted cases in the Solicitor’s Office. He has defended cases in his private practice.
He has handled complex civil litigation ranging from representing the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors in Woodlands Hills, California to Constitutional Rights Enforcement in Richmond, Virginia before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Bubba served four terms as the only true Independent in the history of the S.C. General Assembly and his service on the Labor, Commerce & Industry, Education, and Judiciary Committees broadened his breadth of legal experience on multiple levels.
Bubba was the first Chairman to draw a Reapportionment Plan that passed all three hurdles in this critical Legislative Process: The General Assembly, The Department of Justice and the Federal District Courts.
Bubba founded Cromer Law Offices, LLC in 1997 and since that time his practice has focused primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, DUI defense, Probate Administration and Estate Planning in Columbia, S.C.
